ABOUT ME
Garrett Lerch is an executive assistant within the Operations department. He is a dedicated and driven individual from Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a strong background in leadership, construction management, and military service. As an infantryman (11B) in the New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG), Garrett has developed discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management at the University of New Mexico (UNM), with minors in management and military science, he is also an Army ROTC cadet, preparing for a future leadership role as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. Garrett brings an array of professional experience in numerous industries, including construction, retail sales, and logistics, which have all strengthened his customer service, logistics, and operational efficiency skills. These experiences, combined with their military training, have equipped them with a unique ability to manage complex tasks, lead teams, and adapt to dynamic work environments.
A natural leader, Garrett was a captain of his high school football team and a state champion in both track and basketball, demonstrating perseverance, teamwork, and a competitive drive. Their ability to balance military service, academics, and professional development reflects their strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. With a passion for construction management and military leadership, Garrett is poised to make significant contributions in both his civilian career and military service.
